SpaFinder Europe Gift Vouchers purchased online or direct are usually valid for 12 months and any exception to this will be displayed on the Voucher. All SpaFinder Europe Gift Vouchers are separately available in £ Sterling or Euro currencies and transactions are processed in £ Sterling or Euros. When redeeming a SpaFinder Gift Voucher outside the UK or outside the Eurozone, the spa will convert the value into their local currency. It will buy a service of equivalent value. The same condition applies if a Gift Voucher is used outside of Europe, or if a US$ voucher is used outside the US.

After I Make My Purchase
The Gift of Spa arrives in a handsome presentation jacket along with a Directory of Participating Spas and a list of helpful spa tips.

Recipients get to select the location, appointment time, treatment, or product of their choice. They can consult the accompanying directory to find one of our partner spas or search online for the most up-to-date listing (new spas are added daily).

It couldn't be easier! Recipients call the spa directly to book their appointments and/or accommodations. Be sure to tell the spa that you are going to be using a SpaFinder Gift Voucher. When searching for spas online, look for the gift voucher icon on a spa's overview page. This designates that it accepts Spa Finder Gift Vouchers.

For the gift recipient:

When I Go To The Spa
Present your gift voucher when you check in. Give both the spa copy and document portion of the voucher. If you don't spend the full amount, you will receive credit from the spa toward your next visit. Gift vouchers can only be used at one spa. If you do not use the full value on your initial visit, the spa partner will issue you a credit toward a future appointment.
